Store Planner Position: Infants

Are you a confident and resilient individual with a knack for strategic planning? Our Planning Team is seeking a Store Planner for our dynamic Infants Team.

We require someone with strong commercial acumen, analytical prowess, and proven numerical abilities to optimize sales in alignment with company strategies.

  • Ensure accurate distribution of seasonal stock to maximize sales.
  • Optimize distribution of non-seasonal and seasonal replenishment stock for sales enhancement.
  • Develop a location plan for store clustering based on product levels.
  • Contribute to seasonal visual merchandising plans.
  • Analyze store performance data to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Ensure new stores are stocked according to plan.
  • Assist stores in resolving stock-related issues.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of store planning experience in clothing retail.
  • Preferably, previous store management experience.
  • Exposure to logistics and supply chain processes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with planning systems and outerwear experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a definite plus.
  • High school diploma (Grade 12 Certificate/Matric) required.
  • Ideally, a National Diploma or Degree in Business/Retail Management or Accounting/Finance.
